chef, and I love that.
A lot of my work stems from being the head chef for HAN, a female owned Orlando local business created and run by one of my closest friends, Hannah Aylward. Hannah has an endless passion for helping women feel empowered in their bodies. It’s through working alongside her that I have the pleasure of feeding nourishing + healing dishes to our clients. Because our clients all have such different needs and taste preferences, it’s always my goal to ensure that every dish I create stems from not only a place of enjoyment and flavor, but also mindful ingredients that don’t do harm to our bodies.
